A book about my brother Yannis, who survived a traumatic cave accident, and about my grandad Yannis, who was a Greek prisoner of war in Mauthausen.
The aim of this book is to raise awareness about PTSD and intergenerational trauma and to fight against the stigma surrounding mental health.
For each book sold, my brother will get £10 as a way to say thank you for letting me share his story. He had the idea for the title A Human's Tale (in Greek it is Η Ιστορία Ενός Ανθρώπου), because as he said: "What happened to me, can happen to anyone".
